Lake City Church to host women's conference

COEUR d’ALENE — Lake City Church is inviting women ages 16 and older to a one-day conference Saturday, March 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The conference, "GO! A Journey Toward Contentment, Hope and Purpose," is designed to connect women to their faith and joy in life through discovering God's unique plan for them.

Six national speakers and authors will address some of the common threads women weave into their lives through relationships and the pursuit of their true identities.

One speaker is Ashley Jameson, the international women's group coordinator for Pure Desire Ministries International, a biblically-based and clinically-informed ministry committed to church revival through the healing of the present-day epidemic of sexual bondages. Jameson, of North Idaho, serves on a speaking team that travels around the globe sharing a message of hope and freedom.

A continental breakfast and lunch are included in the registration price of $20. Registration closes Thursday, March 1.

"GO! A Journey Toward Contentment, Hope and Purpose" will be held at Lake City Church, 6000 N. Ramsey Road, Coeur d'Alene.
