SOLUTION: Spiritual revival

The circular arguments about gun violence continue. Most folks focus on disarming citizens, but of course those determined to kill will always find knives, pressure cookers, trucks, hammers, sharp sticks, whatever wherever.

Meanwhile this society drowns in grotesque displays of the most savage violence in movies, video games, TV, “music.” Some chant death threats to police, half of the population demands the right to tear unborn babies to death. Everywhere we see proof that we don’t attach any value to life.

The answer? A spiritual reawakening. We can’t hide all the potential weapons all around us, but we can regain a respect for life. The change has to be a change of heart.
