Search on Lake Coeur d'Alene continues

| February 17, 2018 12:00 AM

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office’s sonar team continued to search on Friday for Larry Isenberg in Lake Coeur d’Alene.

The 68-year-old Kootenai County man has been missing since Tuesday morning when he reportedly fell in while repairing a motor on a boat he and wife Lori were in.

The search has been in the area of Powderhorn Bay and East Point on the southeastern end of the lake. It will continue this weekend, weather permitting.

Isenberg, a forest-industry veteran, is a former project manager for Fire Smart, a program offered by Kootenai County’s Office of Emergency Management that helps property owners protect their homes and businesses from wildfire.
