U.S.: Seeing a cloudy future

Are we doomed as a country? Are we to follow in the steps and demise of great nations that have gone before us? Well, let’s look at it for a moment. We were founded 231 years ago by a group of mostly godly men who drafted a constitution that would stand the trials and tribulations of time — until now! There IS a shadow government inside and outside our present administration, planning to overthrow our duly-elected president — obstructing and resisting every action that he takes — rules of law and decency are gone — destroying him by hook or crook. And it’s OK with many of our fellow liberal Americans. Will they succeed? Who knows.

In the beginning, God was our guide and mentor — and it was good! Today, we’ve removed Him from our schools/workplaces, etc. — don’t take your Bibles to work — by no means utter the name of Jesus Christ, as not to offend someone with a different god. Our founders would turn over in their graves and utter, “Please, please. Stop before it’s too late!” Will we? Who knows.

We recently passed a spending bill which will add about a trillion dollars to our national debt, already racing toward $21 trillion — have we lost our minds?! Yep! Time will tell — maybe sooner than we think.

Folks, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Who can reverse the direction of all of this nonsense? My guess. NO ONE! — but who knows? Hang on — it ain’t going to be pretty. This I DO know!
