Ryan Chad Stebbins, 26

Ryan Chad Stebbins was taken from us on Feb. 1, 2018, in Odessa, Texas, at the age of 26.

Ryan is survived by his parents, Elbert Stebbins and Melana Linscott; brothers, Kyle Stebbins, Zackery Linscott and Tristian Phillips (of the United States Army); sisters Latisha, Jayden and Jorden Stebbins, and Kailey Tippeconnie (of the United States Navy); and a nephew, River Barto. He is predeceased by his mother, Marcelene Tippeconnie. Ryan is also survived by all of his uncles, aunts and many cousins.

Ryan, or as family liked to call him, “Ry Guy,” was born on June 22, 1991, in Spokane, Wash. to Elbert Stebbins and Marcelene Tippeconnie. He proudly graduated from Post Falls High School in 2010. Prior to moving to Coeur d’Alene, Ryan was raised in Missoula where he had a wonderful childhood surrounded by family and friends. After settling in Odessa, Ryan began working for Haskew Enterprises. Owner and friend Brett Scott took notice of Ryan’s extraordinary work ethic and he was quickly promoted to foreman.

Ryan was an accomplished artist and often drew elaborate and unique pictures. He was a caring individual who had a huge heart and a love for life and all the people in it. He was passionate about music and was a talented guitar player.

Ryan will be greatly missed and forever loved. His optimism and generosity will be remembered by those who knew him forever.

A funeral is scheduled for 4 p.m., Feb. 10, 2018, at The English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene, with a reception to follow at the Best Western.
