CAMERON: Colin's a scrub

So now Steve Cameron is an official NFL expert. He has determined beyond all doubt Colin Kaepernick is better than half the QBs playing in the NFL.

Kaepernick’s career arc follows that of many first- and second-year QBs whose legs are far better than their arms or their understanding pro defenses. Michael Vick is another example. Once teams realize the arm can’t beat them, they shut down the errant passing game.

After a career best 12-4 record in his second season, Kaepernick regressed to 8-8, 2-6 then 1-10. He lost his job because of ineptness, pure and simple and before he became a social justice warrior.

How many QBs with a two season, 3-16 mark or previous season record of 1-10 are playing in the NFL?

Maybe it’s ironic or coincidental, but until Kaepernick lost his job when his lack of talent became apparent, he was not involved in any anti-police or anti-flag crusade.

Were I an NFL GM, no way I’m hiring an untalented proven failure. I’ll opt for someone with a reasonable track record and not a chronic malcontent.
