CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE WASTEWATER UTILITY 2019 COMPOST FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS Notice of Advertisement for Bids Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Coeur d'Alene at the office of the City Clerk, 710 E. Mullan Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814 on or before January 17, 2019, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. for the 2019 Compost Facility Improvements.
