SCHOOLS: Tax-exempt template

I’m commenting on the My Turn written by William L. Hamilton titled “District gets an earful from taxpayer.”

I’m originally from California, where we had exemptions for those over 65 for any and all parcel taxes. I have been trying to find out how to present something similar to our district, but have no idea how to do this or who to contact.

I would love to work with Mr. Hamilton to get this in motion or if he knows of someone who wants to present it to whoever they can, I would be here to help, if needed. In our district in California, a new tax refund form needed to be turned in each year by one member of the family 65 or older. The form was not mailed out nor could you return them online. If Mr. Hamilton is interested, he can contact me through The Press editor.
