Staci Dionne Hintze Armes

Staci Dionne Hintze Armes was born in Tucson, Ariz., on June 19, 1974 and went to be with Jesus on Dec. 1, 2018. Staci grew up in O’Neals, Calif., and went to Yosemite High School, where she received a volleyball scholarship to Oregon State University. It was there she received a bachelor of science degree.

When she returned to California after graduation she worked for Cal Fire as a firefighter, then worked for Caltrans before moving to Idaho in 2004. It was here that she raised her children, who were the loves of her life.

She loved so many and was loved by all who came into contact with her. Just by being around her we were all better people. She had an infectious smile, unconditional love and was inspirational all the days of her life. She will be missed by all.

Staci is preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph Sedlack, Doris Sedlack, Stan Hintze and Sadie Hintze. Staci is survived by her mother, Donna Harris; brother, Steve Hintze and her three children, whom she loved with all of her heart, JT, Hailey and Samantha Armes.

A celebration of Staci’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2018, at Lake City Church, 6000 N. Ramsey Road. In lieu of flowers, her family has requested donations be made in order to establish a college fund for her children. Donations can be made at www.gofundme.com and search for Staci Armes College.
