CCSF hands Cardinal men first loss

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Nate Pryor scored 23 points for North Idaho College, which fell to the Community College of San Francisco 98-84 in the final game of the San Jose City tournament on Saturday night.

San Francisco (12-0), which won the California Community College Athletics Association championship last March, led 49-37 at halftime as Deschon Watson scored 25 of his 27 points in the first half.

RayQuan Evans scored 22 points and Alphonso Anderson added 16 points for NIC (8-1), winners of last March’s Northwest Athletic Conference Championship.

NIC returns home Tuesday to face Spokane Club/Gonzaga alumni at Rolly Williams Court.
