Coeur d’Alene Bancorp annouces cash dividend

Coeur d’Alene Bancorp, the parent company of bankcda, announced a cash dividend of $.20 per share.

The dividend will be payable on Dec. 14, 2018 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 30, 2018.

“We are pleased with continued balance sheet growth and our ability to increase earnings and would like to reward our shareholders for their loyalty and support. We have been in business for 18 years and we are having the best year in the company’s history,” said Wes Veach, CEO of bankcda.

Coeur d’Alene Bancorp, parent company of bankcda, is headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, with branches in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden and Kellogg.

Harris CPAs opens Cd’A office; names Fields director

Hale Fields, CPA, announced the opening of a new office in Coeur d’Alene with Harris CPAs, an Idaho-based public accounting firm, as of Nov. 1.

Fields, a Coeur d’Alene native, will be heading up operations in North Idaho as Harris CPAs’ new director.

“With a strong background in both audit and tax in the construction and nonprofit industry, Hale was a natural fit for our growing team and to help lead our operations up north,” said a news release.

Harris has been delivering accounting and consulting services to businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities for more than two decades, specializing in services including auditing and assurance, tax planning and compliance, and business consulting, which are customized to each client’s unique needs.

Cox joins Critical Power Products

Taylor Cox has joined Critical Power Products & Services as controller. The Post Falls company provides data center services and specializes in new, used and refurbished backup power and cooling systems.

Cox received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from Gonzaga University. Prior to joining Critical Power Products & Services, Cox worked as controller for OpenEye for 11 years.

Lett comes to Windermere with a lifetime of customer service experience. He owned and operated Lett’s Auto Repair for 18 years.
