Ronald Hugh Swaney, 84

Ronald Hugh Swaney passed away peacefully on Aug. 27, 2018, in his home at the age of 84. He was born on May 4, 1934, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. He played music throughout the Inland Empire.

Ron was married to Sharon Stewart. He had four sisters, Janet, Phyllis, Myrna and Cathy. Ron had four daughters, Laura Bondurant, Cheryl Biesterfeld, Billie Becker (deceased) and Ronda Bruse; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was very loved and will be missed.

The celebration of Ron’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2018, at CJ’s Traditional Restaurant and Lounge in Rathdrum, Idaho, and at Sharon’s home at 1 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2018.
