MIRANDA: Right for Kootenai County

I believe that local government, the government closest to us, is the most critical and often the most neglected. There is a Kootenai County Commission election pending. There is one particular candidate I support.

Ruben Miranda has a background in administration. He understands the functions and interactions of any administrative office. His website Miranda4Kootenai.com states his basic beliefs about government. Although not advocating large government he does advocate for effective and efficient government. He recognizes there is a need for local government to address problems within our community whether it’s our safety or other related local matters. We need county government because it provides many services which help create a better community and can help redirect areas that may have gone awry. Mr. Miranda believes in common sense, common decency and common courtesy. These are attributes we all strive to achieve. Therefore I am supporting Ruben Miranda for the Kootenai County Commission because I agree with him.
