ADLER: Constitutional question

Dr. David Adler’s article of Aug. 10 uses the freedom of the press as a premise to criticize President Trump’s excoriation of the media. Most of the media has colluded and aligned with the democratic/socialist views. There is no reporting of Trump’s achievements nor true intelligent analysis of issues. President Trump has a right and duty to push out the truth.

Dr. Aldler should review his Alturas Institute’s Mission Statement: “It is our core belief that an informed citizenry is essential to the health, maintenance, and integrity of the Republic.”

The opinion of Dr. Adler has assumed there is a free and independent press. The media has created an atmosphere of no dialog and created the condition of TDS.

One thing that is not clear. Dr. Adler created the Alturas Institute and this institute was “created to advance the Constitution.” This agenda looks like a progressive liberal view that the Constitution is a living document and changeable. Have I understood your institute correctly?
