Jean Hallock, 85

Jean Hallock passed peacefully early Monday, Aug. 1, 2018, at the Schneidmiller Hospice House. Jean was born in Onarga, Ill., on Nov. 19, 1932. She had four children: Kay, Ginny, Dave, and Lori. All were thankful to be present at the time of her death. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Hallock, and 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Jean worked many years in Illinois and San Diego in the 1980s and 1990s as a travel agent, so she was able to travel and take her children on numerous trips to Europe. Here in Hayden, she was active at the Lake City Community Church Food Bank for a number of years. Her positive attitude and generous giving personality will be missed.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018, at Lake City Community Church, 6000 N. Ramsey Road, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815.
