Steven Harry Slutter, 74

Steven Harry Slutter, 74, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away on Aug. 6, 2018, at the Schneidmiller House in Hayden, Idaho. He was born on June 18, 1944, in Phoenix, Ariz. Steven was the son of Harry and Bonnie (Coffman) Slutter.

Steven moved to the Coeur d’Alene area about a year ago, after living for more than 40 years in the Tri-Cities. He was married to Linda for over 30 years; she has preceded him in death.

Steven ran his own upholstery business. He had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He was a kind and generous man, often bringing donuts to his friends who were unable to get out. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Steven will be greatly missed by his daughter, Bonnie Slutter (Ferrin) of Coeur d’Alene; brothers, Jay (Diane) and Dana (Sandy) Slutter of California; grandchildren, Steven James Slutter and Ashton Marie Bowling; and great-grandchildren, McKinlie, Braelee and Gunner. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; step-daughter, Dawn and granddaughter, Brianna.
