Notice of Public Hearing The Kootenai County Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: Proposed Resolution 2018-35 applies to County-owned and/or County-managed facilities and would prohibit the practice of rafting vessels to one another when said vessels are moored to a County dock and restrict noise levels at County facilities between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., such that noise levels are not audible more than 100 feet from the sound origination point and/or the ordinary high water mark.
