YATES: Bringing us together

Over the last few years, I have had the opportunity to work directly with Steve Yates in his role as Chairman of the Idaho Republican Party. What I found was a man of character and integrity. When Steve was elected Chairman in 2014, we had a divided and dysfunctional party. His leadership was able to bring us together and set the stage for overwhelming success in 2016. He was fair and honest in everything he did. It is now my privilege to support Steve for Lieutenant Governor.

Steve has credentials that are unmatched by any other candidate for Lieutenant Governor. He has worked in the Department of Defense, at the Heritage Foundation, and as Deputy National Security Advisor for Vice President Cheney. His expertise in energy, cybersecurity and international trade make him uniquely positioned to help our next governor be successful.

Today, Idaho finds itself in an enviable position. We have a growing economy and one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation. We need leaders who have the knowledge and experience to build upon our strengths, and keep Idaho the great state it is. I am honored to support Steve Yates for Lieutenant Governor, and hope you will consider casting your ballot for him on May 15.
