COEUR d’ALENE — Clearwater Properties donated $1931.44 to local non-profit Elder Help of North Idaho on Thursday. The organization links up young volunteers with senior citizens in need of assistance.

“We believe in giving back to the people we serve and our local communities. We have donated time and monies to this awesome program that John Corcoran organizes and donates much of his time with a willing, giving heart.” said broker and owner Kelsie Wetherell.

Clearwater Properties agent Ken Holehouse has worked at the Elder Help wood lot and “has challenged everyone to donate time or money to this cause,” said Wetherell.

Clearwater Properties agents give back a portion of all real estate proceeds to the communities in which they were earned, she added. The company has donated more than $432,000 in charitable donations to causes throughout Montana, Idaho, Washington, and Wyoming.
