I want to thank Mr. Hagedorn for his military service as described in Mr. Crosby’s letter. However, it is important to clarify that Kristin Collum, a U.S. Army Veteran, served as a signal officer platoon leader in an infantry division and worked for two years at the Pentagon for General Colin Powell when he was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Kristin Collum, a Democrat, is seeking election to the office of Lt. Governor.
