Trudy McKnight, 83

Trudy McKnight passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on March 26, 2018, at the age of 83. Trudy suffered a second and severe aneurism that took her life. Her husband, Ret. CMSGT Robert McKnight, preceded on April 14, 2011. Trudy is survived by her loving children, Peggy Lemm of Hayden, Idaho, John McKnight of Albuquerque, N.M., Julie Witters of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and Kenny McKnight of Flagstaff, Ariz. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of which she adored.

Born in LaGrange, Texas, to John and Gertrude Goode, with her childhood spent in Weimar, Texas. Trudy attended college in San Marcos, Texas, and later taught English. She was proud to be an Air Force mom and a dedicated Gonzaga fan.

A memorial service is planned at Garden Plaza on April 29, 2018, at 3 p.m.
