DRIVERS: Boldly bad

I have followed with interest past letters that blamed out of state drivers in our area, so I began watching license plates too. In just a few days, what I saw and continue to see was drivers with Idaho plates making dangerous errors.
Right next to a school, a driver failed to even slow down at a stop sign. That problem was repeated over and over at different intersections — not even slowing down! Then, there’s the one of not allowing pedestrians to cross at corners and crosswalks. In my experience with daily walks, it’s out of state drivers who are most likely to yield to walkers.
So, maybe folks should give visitors a break instead of casting aspersions. After all, they bring in dollars that help us all.
