Doris Black, 90

Doris Black was born at home on Tamarack Ridge in Idaho on July 22, 1927, to Margaret and Ray Greeves. She died peacefully in her sleep at home in Rathdrum, Idaho, on April 4, 2018, at the age of 90.

Doris was the proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Doris moved from Tamarack Ridge to Rathdrum in 1962, where she was a faithful member of the Rathdrum Methodist Church.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Black, whom she married on Sept. 15, 1980; her sister, Lois and brother in-law, Robert Tribbett.
