BUILDING: A special invite

Thank you County Commissioners Marc Eberlein and Bob Bingham for your recent actions regarding Kootenai County’s building permits. The way I see it, not being required to get permission to enjoy and improve my property equals more liberty and greater property rights.

To celebrate, I plan to erect a large pole barn on my acreage this year... and NOT obtain a building permit. I have a hunch it will be sturdy and safe enough for you to stop by and have a celebration drink some time, or even decades from now.
