Barton, James A., 55, Post Falls, probation violation, no bond.

Peery, Byron L., 57, Post Falls, unlawful possession of a firearm, no bond.

Wyant, Cole E., 25, Hayden, probation violation, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Spratlin, Ronald R., 49, Coeur d'Alene, possession of paraphernalia, $1,000.

Klei, Mikhail N., 22, Hayden, probation violation $10,000.

Thompson, Sarah L., 41, Post Falls, probation violation, $10,000.

O'Connor, Alex A., 27, Kuna, petit theft, $5,000.

Selig, Patrick J., 61, Spirit Lake, inattentive driving, $5,000.

York, Melesa L., 36, Post Falls, domestic assault, $5,000.

Cortez, Marcos M., 25, Coeur d'Alene, obstruction, possession of paraphernalia, jail smuggling and trespassing, $12,500.

Hughes, Justin K., 29, Post Falls, DUI and failure to insure, $5,000.

Higgins, Thomas W., 33, Kellogg, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and driving without privileges, $2,500.

Gilbert, Kenneth L., 55, Hayden, DUI, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, $2,500.

Hawkins, Destiny N., 23, Hayden, petit theft, $2,500.

Bethel, Bryan S., 51, Rathdrum, petit theft and possession of paraphernalia, $2,500.

Lewis, Stephanie A., 34, Post Falls, petit theft, $2,500.

Murphy, Robert J., 36, Lewiston, driving without privileges, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, $2,500.
