County commissioner candidate forum April 18

Candidates running for Kootenai County Commissioner in the May 15 Republican primary have been invited to participate in a candidate forum on April 18 in Athol.

The forum, hosted by Friends of Rural Timberlake, will be at the Athol Community Center, 30355 Third St. and begin with a meet and greet with the candidates at 5:30 p.m.

The forum will follow from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Organizers say space is limited and a large turnout is expected.
