Notice of Public Hearing The Kootenai County Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: Proposed Resolution 2018-35 would limit mooring to no more than two (2) vessels per buoy; prohibit the practice of rafting vessels to one another when said vessels are moored to a dock; and restrict noise levels at County facilities to no more than eight-eight (88 dBa) decibels between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., measured at the facility property line.
