Brandon James Luman-Heberer, 32

Brandon James Luman-Heberer, 32, of Coeur d’Alene, died at 1:20 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident just south of Coeur d’Alene.

Brandon was born June 26, 1985, at Kootenai Medical Center, and was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a car salesman, with his last place of employment being Cheap Auto. Brandon loved working there and they loved him. Brandon was an outstanding car salesman, probably due to his sweet spirit, sense of humor and brilliant smile! These same qualities made him so well-loved by his family and friends. He will be greatly missed!

Brandon knew and loved the Lord! His boss mentioned Brandon having his Bible open at work and that they’d have wonderful discussions during the slow parts of the day. Many others have mentioned their last meal with Brandon, their last text, their last laugh, their last basketball game and that he was very happy with life! That things were going well. For this, we are grateful. Rest in Peace, our dear Brandon.

He is survived by his mother, April Luman of Hayden; his father and stepmom, Steve Heberer and Jennifer Fitzgerald-Heberer of Coeur d’Alene; brother Travis and Becka Luman of Rathdrum; brother Nick Heberer of Coeur d’Alene; sister Claire Heberer of Coeur d’Alene; maternal grandmother Vikki Luman of Texas; paternal grandmother Beatrice Heberer of Coeur d’Alene; paternal grandfather and step-grandmother Ray and Rose Heberer of Coeur d’Alene; step-maternal grandmother and grandfather Elizabeth and John Tancock of Tucson; step-maternal grandfather and grandmother Gerry and Ruby Fitzgerald of Spokane Valley; one nephew, one aunt, numerous uncles, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by two uncles, Tom Heberer and Joe Heberer.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, at The Altar Church, 901 E. Best Ave., Coeur d’Alene. A reception at the church will follow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Brandon may be made to The Altar Church to help with the upkeep and running of The Good Samaritan, Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation.
