GUNS: Mental health question

The last thing Obama passed before he left office was a law that made it harder for those with mental illness to purchase a firearm. Then when Trump came into office, he trashed this law.

What I think is that we should require anyone wishing to run for president to take an exam to see if they are qualified to take the office, and we all know who we are talking about, don’t we?
