NEWCOMER: Words of advice

A new Idahoan must apply for an Idaho driver’s license within 90 days of arriving. A new Idahoan must also register and relicense their cars within 90 days. Otherwise “A New North Idahoan” is already violating Idaho state laws. She and her husband should get off their duffs and follow the law. I have no sympathy with her. There are no excuses for delaying.
