Transtector announces employee awards

Jason Bacon, Kyle Siegert and Lori Garza are winners of Transtector Systems’ quarterly employee recognition awards.

For the second quarter in a row, Bacon earned the award for “Above and Beyond.” Garza, also an awards alumni, wins this quarter for “Rock Solid,” and Siegert was selected as the “Leadership” award winner.

Chad Minden, Transtector’s director of operations, said there were a number of highly qualified individuals nominated this quarter for the awards.

“Jason won for his continuing attention to detail and ability to stay ahead of schedule; Kyle for problem solving a production issue associated with a large military-aerospace order; and Lori for her forward thinking to define new standards for upgrading quality and document management systems that will be used throughout the organization,” Minden said. “Their work exemplifies the teamwork and commitment needed to succeed in our business, and the management team here congratulates each for their ongoing efforts.”

Employees can nominate a team member for one of the three awards each quarter. Management votes on the applicants, and winners are announced and recognized companywide.
