Kootenai Health: Patient gives thanks

Recently, I had surgery at Kootenai Health and I’ve been overwhelmed with thanksgiving for this state-of-the-art hospital. From the ER, to pre-op (thank you Tony), Kevin in anesthesiology, to surgery then onto the surgery floor for care.

I’m a retired RN, wound and ostomy nurse and I’ve never been so impressed with a hospital. And it’s in our own backyard! Thank you Dr. DeTar and his team, all of the surgery nurses, floor nurses and aides.
