FLAG: Thanks, VFW

Would like to express my thanks to the VFW in CDA for coming to my house to pick up the flag that was presented to me at my husband, Ray Capaul’s, graveside funeral. It rained so hard the flag got so wet. After drying it out it was brought back to me refolded and put in a shadow box. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
