associates

Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty is pleased to announce the addition of sales associates Jesse Delavan and Michelle Garcia to its Coeur d’Alene office.

Delavan joins Windermere after spending the last several years in consultative selling, the practice where the client’s needs, instead of the product, are the focus. Because of this method of sales, Delavan brings with him extensive problem-solving skills. A local to Coeur d’Alene, Delavan knows the area and has extensive knowledge of the Lake Coeur d’Alene waterfront market, having grown up working at his family’s marina. Delavan will be working with his father, Greg, to help community members reach their dreams of homeownership.

Contact Jesse at (208) 660-9284, JesseDelavan@windermere.com or www.DelavanFamilyRealty.com.
