The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received 103 calls for service between 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, and 5:59 a.m. Wednesday, May 24.

All individuals listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

INCIDENTS

Registration documents and a toolbox with an estimated total value of $70 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 700 block of E. Shiloh Loop in Hayden

Vehicle batteries with an estimated total value of $1,900 were reported stolen from 18 different vehicles in the 6300 block of W. Prairie Avenue in Post Falls

Two financial transaction cards with an estimated value of $10 were reported stolen and recovered in the 6600 block of W. Hayden Avenue in Post Falls

A blue 2003 Lexus IS3 with an estimated value of $10,000 that was reported stolen has been recovered in the 8400 block of E. Coeur d’Alene Lake Road in Post Falls

Food with an estimated value of $30 was reported stolen from a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Road in Hayden. Austin K. Schroeder, 19, was cited for the crime.

DeWalt drill bits, and extension cord and a gas can with an estimated total value of $60 were reported stolen near the intersection of W. Ridge Road and N. Huckleberry Road in Coeur d’Alene

A karaoke machine with an estimated value of $20 was reported damaged in the 500 block of S. Penny Lane in Post Falls

A prowler was reported in the 1563 block of E. Burma Road in Harrison

A telephone prescription scam was reported in the 18200 block of S. Indian Bay Road in Coeur d’Alene

A violation of a protection order was reported in the 14800 block of S. Kleins Medicine Trail in Rathdrum

Don C. Schmidt, 60, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 6900 block of W. Tombstone Street in Rathdrum
