CHOPPER: Serenity's enemy

The quality of life has greatly diminished here in our beautiful area, thanks to the touring helicopter causing noise pollution constantly flying overhead the past two days. Is this the new normal where only tourists count, and residents cannot have a single moment of peace? How many trips daily are they allowed to make? How much noise pollution is acceptable? I am typing this at 2:15 p.m. Sunday as it is flying overhead for the fourth time today already, at least 15 times Saturday.
