Cardinal men lead NWAC championships after first day
DUPONT, Wash. — The North Idaho College men lead Bellevue by three shots after the first day of the Northwest Athletic Conference golf championships Sunday at The Home Course, located just south of Tacoma.
Luke Logan of NIC is in second place by two strokes after shooting a 2-under-par 70.
NIC’s women trail Community Colleges of Spokane by two shots after the first day. Aly Mabey of NIC is in fourth place after shooting 78.
Megan Cysewski of CC Spokane, a Lakeland High product, shot a 2-over 74 and leads by two strokes.
The tourney concludes today.
