Idaho Lifestyle Properties

welcomes Bordelon

Renee Bordelon has joined Idaho Lifestyle Properties in Coeur d’Alene in the position of exclusive buyer representative.

Bordelon will be responsible for focusing on the strategic needs of buyers to guide them through all aspects of the sometimes-confusing buying process involved in residential, waterfront, or condominium purchases.

Properties such as waterfront and condominiums require the experience and knowledge of all the amenities, complex homeowner association laws and waterfront issues that do not come into play in many traditional single-family residential sales.

Idaho Lifestyle Properties is located in downtown Coeur d’ Alene at 512 E. Sherman Ave. and specializes in all residential properties.

Bordelon may be reached at (208) 661-3052. Broker-owner Rick Carr may be reached at (208) 818-0188

Rosenberger-Hajny receives

fair executive designation

Hayden Lake native Chelsea Rosenberger-Hajny was recently awarded the Certified Fair Executive designation from the International Association of Fairs and Expositions.

Rosenberger-Hajny was one of nine CFE recipients this year that were honored during a ceremony at the IAFE Management Conference in Spokane.

The purposes of the CFE program are: a) to provide incentive for professional improvement in fair management; b) to recognize those who achieve the specific standards; and c) to develop professional status in the field of fair management. Certification also honors those members who have demonstrated their abilities through years of service to their fairs, fair associations, communities, and the Association.

A former sponsorship and events director for the North Idaho State Fair, Hajny-Rosenberger has been the marketing manager for the Central Washington State Fair in Yakima since 2013. She currently resides in Ellensburg.
