FELONIES

Budd, Seth M., 28, Kellogg, failure to appear for injury to a child, no bond.

Hazelton, Kristen M., 32, Post Falls, burglary, grand theft, $20,000.

Morris, Erica L., 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to comply with conditions of release for possession of a controlled substance, $50,000.

Stitt, Jessica, R., 28, Post Falls, failure to appear for burglary, $20,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Abraham, John J., 39, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no proof of liability insurance, no bond, 20 days in jail.

Alfaro Gutierrez, Oscar G., 53, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence, driving without privileges, $5,000.

Evans, Randy M., 29, Rathdrum, failure to appear for probation violation hearing, $10,000.

Fuller, Brendan C., 27, Hayden, probation violation for possession of paraphernalia, $10,000.

Grammer, Dillion J., 20, Hauser Lake, failure to appear for battery, $5,000.

Gutierrez, Genoveva O., 32, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery, $10,000.

Halsne, Justin A., 25, Hayden, failure to appear for probation violation hearing for battery, $5,000.

Lakey, Joshua, D., 35, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for criminal contempt, $5,000.

Luster, Maurice, 29, Post Falls, failure to appear for assault, driving under the influence, aiming a firearm at a person, no bond, 10 days in jail.

Maynard, Donat G., Hauser Lake, unlawful entry, battery, petit theft, $10,000.

Miller, Steeley L., 33, Dalton Gardens, failure to appear for unlawful entry, petit theft, $25,000.

Moore, Jessica L., Hayden, failure to comply with condition of release for domestic battery, no bond.

Terrill, Douglas A, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence, drivers license/required endorsements, $5,000.

Kootenai County currently has over 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
