CARRIERS: The bag tip

I was shocked to read on April 30 that the newspaper delivery persons have to pay for the blue bags the papers come in. No wonder The Press keeps reminding people to tip their carriers. Until the carriers are fairly compensated, I will be saving the bags to leave on the porch.
