FELONIES

Alexandrovich, Aaron M., 27, Hayden, lewd conduct with a minor under 16 years old, bond is set at $100,000.

Darby, Frank M., Sr., 58, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for compounding a felony with a misdemenor, $50,000.

Requena, Kole A., 24, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, possession of stolen property, forgery, $25,000.

Shipley, Danny R., 38, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for attempted robbery, no bond.

Thompson, Joshua P., 35, Spokane, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

MISDEMENORS

Bennett, Adam J., 39, Post Falls, failure to appear for petit theft, $5,000.

Foster, Brandon S., 48, Post Falls, probation violation for battery, $25,000.

Gerkins, Christopher D., 27, Post Falls, probation violation for possession of paraphernalia, $10,000.

Grossglauser, Uriah M., 28, Post Falls, probation violation for stalking in second degree, no bond.

Hawk, Ryan J., 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for inattentive driving, possession of paraphernalia, $5,000.

Jensen, David Y., 47, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving without priviledges, at a place with illegal controlled substance, no bond, 20 days in jail.

Kohoutek, Destiny A., 26, failure to appear for at a place with illegal controlled substance, $5,000.

Lewis, Kylo C., 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without priviledges, possession of a controlled substance, $4,000.

Miller, Leonard J., III, 36, Rathdrum, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $5,000.

Moore, Michael P., 41, St. Maries, failure to appear for driving without priviledges, no bond, 15 days in jail.

Ponce, Jonathan 20, Hayden, probation violation, $5,000

Roque, Miguel A., 24, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic assault, false imprisonment, no bond.

St. Louis, Derek G., 34, Coeur d’Alene, failure to pay child support, $15,000.

Torres, Alicia M., 28, Rathdrum, resisting/obstructing law enforcement, $25,000.

Kootenai County currently has over 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
