POLICE: Grab a shovel

The long, cruel winter with endless snow is almost over. With all the hardship for the elderly, disabled, young and old, Snow White (Lee White, police chief), a true city bureaucrat, has nothing more to do but go in front of the Hagadone City Council and try to penalize all who can’t (no fault of their own) keep ahead of the snow on the sidewalk.

In typical cop fashion, he spins a web stating it’s not to penalize us, the citizens who pay $80,000 a year (ha ha). He lies or as cops do (legally), misinforms and states “kids can’t walk on sidewalks,” numerous volunteers will shovel snow, free (what a lie).

I’m a veteran and we shoveled numerous elderly all winter while cops drove by and got their $25 to $40 an hour. I have the solution: Put cops to work shoveling the elderly and disabled. We pay you, oh I forgot, that makes too much sense. Go arrest druggies and child molesters. Don’t make life harder or maybe you will find more residents’ disdain for you!
