HEALTH CARE: Starts with you

| March 22, 2017 1:00 AM

How feasible is it for any country to offer its citizens the right to health care when those citizens do not take very good care of their own health and well-being? Maybe our own struggling systems should prorate the cost of coverage with the individuals’ own personal health concerns? Smoke — pay more. Obese — pay more. Slim and fit — pay less. Perhaps we could afford to provide health care to a country doing its best to be healthy.
