DOGS: Waste not, owners

Dog Owners who use the local dog parks: Why are you not picking up the waste of your dog during the winter months? If we do not clean up after our dogs, we may lose the use of the park. Dogs like to run and they need to have a clean place to run and roll, do you want your dog to come home after rolling in waste? It is just the few lazy people who could ruin it for the rest of us.
