SHOOTING: Evil = no bond

All too often we read about or witness a violent crime committed by a person with a history of violent crimes. These people often have been released from jail by posting a bond. We need to realize that many of these felons continue their evil ways, putting the public at risk.

Let’s hope our justice system begins to curtail bonds that allow these individuals to continue harming people.
