NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on March 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., the Idaho Housing and Finance Association ("IHFA") will conduct a public hearing at 565 West Myrtle Street, Boise, Idaho, 4th Floor Conference Room, regarding IHFA's Multi-family Mortgage Revenue Note (Tullamore Place Project), for the issuance of tax exempt note in an aggregate amount of up to $12,000,000 (the "IHFA Note") with the proceeds of such IHFA Note to be used to provide financing for the construction of an apartment complex located in Post Falls, Idaho. Tullamore Place consists of 120 units that are reserved for low income residents and is located near the northeast corner at the intersection of Charleville Road and Killdeer Avenue, Post Falls, Idaho. The apartment complex also includes a community center, laundry room, computer/business lab and a work-out room and free storage units. Units will include a mix of 12 one-bedroom units, 72 two-bedroom units, 36 three-bedroom units, and related facilities. Such housing project is to be initially owned and operated by Tullamore Place LLC, an Idaho limited liability company authorized to conduct business in Idaho. Neither the State of Idaho nor any county, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, subdivision or agency of the State is obligated to pay the principal or interest on the IHFA Note.
