CAT: And now what?

This letter is in reference to the horrific story of the oil dipped and tortured cat, who is now dead.

This situation is so serious and I am afraid that this story will cool and go cold with nothing done.

Like the latest letter said, “Someone knows something.” It is always after the fact that someone says, “I just didn’t know what to do.”

Please don’t let this horrible case go ignored. I have signed several petitions to create and enforce animal laws and nothing comes of them. Why?

What is being done with the money raised?
