Anne Louise Holden, 72

Anne Louise Holden returned to her eternal home Wednesday, June 14, 2017, due to complications from congestive heart failure.

Anne was born in Concord, Calif., on April 23, 1945, to Chester and Eleanor Brunelle.

Anne moved to Idaho with her family in the late ’70s. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service for more than 30 years, retiring in 2008. Following her retirement, Anne spent her summers as a camp host at several U.S. National Park locations throughout the states. She enjoyed living life to the fullest and loved to dance, garden and spend time with her friends and family.

Anne will be missed dearly by her three sons, David (Sandi) Holden of Post Falls, Idaho, Jeff Holden of Newman Lake, Wash., and Dan (Sarah) Holden of Post Falls; sisters Jeanne Nicolds of Eureka, Calif., and Mary (Randy) Teraberry of Boise, Idaho; brothers Paul (Susan) Brunelle of Gardnerville, Nev., James Brunelle of Concord, Calif., and Joseph (Rebecca) Brunelle of Denair, Calif.; along with her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Please join us for a celebration of Anne’s life at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 25, 2017. We will gather at the Log Spirit Bed and Breakfast, 31328 N. Tiara Lane, Athol, Idaho. This was one of Anne’s favorite places and her residence at the time of her passing. Food and drinks will be provided.
