SPLASH: We love water

The recent letter about Splash of Blue asking for experiences with our beautiful water resources in Coeur d’Alene inspired me to write too. I moved to Coeur d’Alene about a year and a half ago. The lake and the Spokane River are wonderful waterways that my dog and I enjoy every day. We can’t live on the water, but we moved downtown so we could walk to the lake or river. We especially love the places where we can see the water and my dog can jump in to cool off or get a drink when the days get hot. The community is enhanced by our Splash of Blue that all should be able to enjoy.
