SPLASH: Spokane River joy

I love getting my Splash of Blue every time I drive home along the beautiful Spokane River, which I can see from the roadway in Mill River. On Saturday mornings I ride my bike along the river, on my way to the farmers’ market. It is so peaceful and gets my day off to a fabulous start. In winter, I walk along the same river through the quiet snow and see the fog lifting off the water — time for deep, calm breathing and reflection. In summer, it’s fun watching all the families along City Park beach — all of us getting our Splash of Blue.
